Bill founded Global Validators, Inc. after more than thirty years of experience in the consulting, metals, chemicals/plastics and information systems industries. He spent ten years with Hewlett Packard Company serving automotive industry accounts and as worldwide manager.

Bill has a B.S. in Metallurgical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and an M.B.A. from Michigan State University Advanced Management Program. He is a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers, a senior member of the American Society for Quality and a lifetime member APQO Asia Pacific Quality Organization.

James is an experienced software architect and full-stack engineer with more than 30 years of hands-on experience designing, building, and delivering enterprise applications across global industries. With a background spanning energy, engineering, and technology, James has led development teams and engineered high-performance systems for organizations such as Halliburton, KBR, Admax Networks, and Asia Online.

He specializes in .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core, Blazor), SQL/MySQL, and cloud-based architecture — combining deep technical knowledge with a strategic approach to system design. James is known for creating scalable, secure, and efficient digital platforms that power business transformation.

Originally from the UK and having worked extensively across Asia and the United States, James brings an international perspective and a commitment to excellence in every project he undertakes.
